Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
Location: The Greens at Maple Leaf, NC
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $8,000 (Full-Time)
The Greens at Maple Leaf is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. If you are passionate about patient care and want to grow in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
Position OverviewAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in delivering direct nursing care and supporting the overall clinical operations of the facility.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
Evening and Night shifts:
3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Every other weekend rotation required
Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff

QualificationsGraduate of an accredited nursing program
Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license
Current CPR certification
Long-term care experience preferred
