Job Description SSM Health Dean Medical Group, with regional operations based in Madison, Wisconsin, is actively recruiting for a Family Medicine Physician at its clinic in Dodgeville. The Opportunity Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity with option for Nursing Home rounds A well‑established team of Physicians & Advanced Practitioners Multi‑specialty clinic consisting of primary & specialty care services including 12 onsite medical & surgical specialties: Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Infusion, Neurology, Oncology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, & Urology. Onsite medical imaging & lab services Full‑time with option of .8‑1.0 fte Flexible schedule offering work/life balance , typical hours of M‑F, 8 am‑5 pm On‑Call rotation of 6‑10 weeknights, and ~2 weekends per year, mostly phone call only with an occasional to rare requirement for onsite; calls triaged by a call center
