RN Telephonic Case Manager

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the RN Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals by collaborating with healthcare providers, employers, and legal representatives to ensure effective recovery and return to work. Key responsibilities: Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards and practices Assess recovery through interviews and collaborate with healthcare providers to tailor treatment plans Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and modifying goals based on patient progress Required qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC) 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation Reliable internet access for remote work
