Warehouse Associate (Quick Hire!)

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Raleigh, NC and support daily operations. This quick‑hire opportunity is for someone ready to start soon. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items. Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer. Stock materials in designated areas and maintain an organized inventory. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting. Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials. Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders. Ensure products are labeled and stored according to company standards. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment. Qualifications Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred. Forklift certification is a plus. Self‑motivated, punctual, and dependable with a strong attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings such as background and MVR. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the shift. Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly. Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts. Load, unload, sort, and move inventory safely and accurately. Perform repetitive tasks, including scanning, labeling, packing, and stocking. Work on your feet for extended periods. Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment. Work Environment Work is performed primarily in a warehouse, shop, or distribution setting. Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and moving equipment may occur. Interaction with team members, drivers, vendors, or shop personnel is frequent. Requires working around shelves, pallets, tools, inventory, and machinery. May involve indoor and outdoor areas, including loading docks. Fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and daily operational deadlines. Safety‑focused setting requiring awareness of surroundings at all times. May require occasional overtime, weekend, or early/late shift work depending on business needs.
