Job Full Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations. Responsibilities include managing construction pay applications, AP/AR billings, change orders, and lien waivers/releases; tracking data in Excel; handling emails, phone calls, and filing; and assisting team members as needed. This is a very fast paced busy office. Construction experience is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience in accounts payable and receivables, and effective communication skills are required. Monday - Friday, 8 - 5. Pay starts at $20+ depending on experience.
