Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements

• Must have State License to Apply (NC license required for practice in North Carolina).
• Home infusion experience required. Experience managing home infusion therapies, sterile compounding, and outpatient infusion workflows is mandatory.
• Experience with sterile compounding and USP standards compliance, including preparation and verification of compounded sterile preparations.
• Experience performing clinical duties such as medication reconciliation, patient counseling, monitoring lab-dependent therapies, and coordinating care with providers and nurses.
• Proven ability to perform accurate prescription entry, documentation, and claim adjudication.
• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians and supporting production and delivery workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Compounding Pharmacy (Home Infusion focus).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1700.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating shifts including 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and required evening and weekend on-call coverage.
• Overtime available as needed.
• Must be able to float between sites as operational needs require.
