Associate Veterinarian (Boston, MA) - Private Practice / Sign-On Bonus / Equity (Boston)

Associate Veterinarian opening with a full service, small animal hospital that is privately owned, established and growing.

• Large general practice serving the Southampton area for 15 years
• 3-doctor team
• Skilled support team – 2 Techs per doctor
• 4 exam rooms
• Parking lot – free parking

Schedule: Hospital hours are 9a - 6p Monday – Thursday / 9a -5p Friday / 9a – 1p Saturday

• Full-time schedule is preferred: 4 days/week – plus every other Saturday
• Part-time and flexible schedule options for experienced candidates

Qualifications:

• DVM / VMD
• Massachusetts State Veterinary License required
• 2+ Years experience practicing small animal medicine is required
• Proficiency in general practice soft tissue surgery is required

Compensation: $130k – $180k base salary + 20% production
