Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Technical Implementations Associate, open to candidates located in Irvine, CA only. As an entry-level associate, you will assist in implementing AI-driven solutions for clients using our core tech stack — including Firebase, Firestore, n8n, and the Anthropic Claude API . 

Day-to-day, you'll help build and configure automated workflows, manage data in Firestore, diagnose technical challenges, and ensure seamless integration with clients' existing systems. 

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document implementation processes, and provide support during testing and troubleshooting phases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows and agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Google Jules, OpenAI Codex, and Hermes

• Technical skills, including familiarity with Python and working knowledge of Firebase and Firestore (authentication, database rules, collections/documents)

• Experience with or willingness to learn n8n or similar workflow automation platforms

• Familiarity with REST APIs , webhooks, and system integrations

• Understanding of AI/LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) is a plus

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate workflows and assist in resolving technical challenges

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective coordination with teams and clients

• Organizational skills, including the ability to document implementation processes and manage multiple tasks

• Interest or coursework in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields is a plus

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline

Expectations

• 10-20 hours per week commitment with potential to ramp up

• Contractor role with opportunity to become a full-time employee

• On-site attendance between core hours 10-4 weekdays in Irvine, CA

• Potential for future hybrid arrangement pending performance
