Responsible in always providing superior level of quality service and cleanliness./ppEssential Job Duties:/pulliExemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization./liliResponsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times./liliExhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times./liliExhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency./liliSet tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items./liliClear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing, and reset tables./liliServe customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere./liliKnowledge of diets provided and served correctly per Policy and Procedure./liliRepresent community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment./liliSupports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions:/ppWork is performed indoors. Occasional event service outdoors where you may be exposed to the elements (hot, cold, rain, etc.). Must be able to stand/walk for 100% of the workday. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds independently, as well as push and pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and balance frequently throughout the workday. Must be able to see, hear, and speak./p/div
