Associate Therapist-IOP

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Licensed IOP Therapist to join our growing clinical team to provide high-quality, evidenced-based care through group, individual, and family therapy. Key responsibilities include facilitating structured IOP group therapy sessions, providing individual and family therapy, completing timely and accurate clinical documentation, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, monitoring client progress, collaborating with team members, participating in case consultations, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting crisis intervention.
