AEO Powersports is seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department in Murrieta, California —located right in the center of Southern California’s dirt bike hotbed.

- Manage all Parts Department daily operations and staff
- Oversee inventory control, stocking levels, and vendor relationships
- Support the Service Department with timely parts ordering and delivery
- Maintain organized stockroom, displays, and merchandising areas
- Provide exceptional customer service at the counter, on the phone, and online
- Develop parts sales strategies and track departmental performance
- Work closely with Sales and Service to support overall dealership success
- Represent AEO’s racing-level standards of professionalism and accuracy
- Proven experience managing a powersports, motorcycle, or automotive parts department
- Strong understanding of dirt bikes and off-road parts & accessories
- Ability to lead a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through
- Vendor and ordering experience (OEM + aftermarket preferred)
- Passion for motorcycles, racing, and the powersports lifestyle
