First time candidates are okay. Two years of experience required. Certifications: ACLS. Skills: Diagnostic cardiac cath lab electrophysiology (EP) lab diagnostic catheterizations adult exercise stress test IABP placement/removal left heart catheterization pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction/removal pharmacological stress test right heart catheterization scrub procedures transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) baseline measurements cardioversion pacemaker insertion scrub procedures tilt table study antiarrhythmics antihypertensives dobutamine emergency medications procedural sedation administration/monitoring reversal agents thrombolytics cardioversion circulate procedures infection prevention isolation precautions/PPE monitoring procedural sedation obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG radiation and laser safety sheath removal/monitoring RTO must be submitted up front!
