By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.Implement and maintain inventory control systems, conducting regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure accuracy.Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and scheduling.Develop and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control departments to ensure seamless material movement and timely order fulfillment.Analyze warehouse data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team.OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training.Bonus QualificationsExperience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or Manhattan WMS.Project management experience, particularly with warehouse expansion or new technology implementation.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Job Titles That Should ApplyWarehouse Operations Manager, Logistics Manager, Inventory Manager, Distribution Center Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Manager, Materials Manager, Storage Manager, Fulfillment Center ManagerWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
