Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our Americas Division team. This role is responsible for owning and leading the delivery, accuracy and continuous improvement of Americas outputs, including monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis and compliance matters. The Finance Manager within the Americas Division will provide structure, judgement and quality control across processes, while partnering closely with the Divisional Finance Director and Group Finance Teams, supporting senior stakeholders, strategic initiatives and M&A related requirements such as integration and onboarding of new acquired companies within the Region. This role carries clear accountability for end-to-end delivery and for coordinating other Americas Finance team members spread across the Region. Key Responsibilities: Strengthen controllership discipline across the Americas Division, ensuring accounting outputs are accurate, complete and aligned with Group requirements. Partner with local Finance teams to improve month-end accounting quality, including accruals, cut‑off, reconciliations and balance sheet discipline. Review key Balance Sheet areas, ensuring balances are properly supported, risks are identified and follow‑up actions are tracked. Support implementation of Group internal control standards, identifying control gaps and driving remediation where required. Coordinate audit, statutory and / or compliance deliverables across the Region. Support newly acquired businesses from a controllership perspective, including reporting alignment, account mapping and close process improvements. Division reporting & month‑end ownership Own the end‑to‑end coordination and delivery of the Americas Division's monthly management reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Ensure consistent application of Group reporting standards, assumptions and KPI definitions across the Americas Division. Take full responsibility for key month‑end Finance processes, including: Variance analysis Systems updates and validations Data integrity and reconciliation checks Lead the Division's forecasting and budgeting processes, including timetable management and consolidation. Challenge inputs and assumptions from across the Region to ensure forecasts are robust and credible. Ensure P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and supplementary data are fully integrated and understood. Analysis & insight Provide clear, insightful analysis of financial performance, trends, risks and opportunities. Translate complex financial data into concise, decision‑focused commentary for senior management. Systems & process leadership Own the Americas Finance systems landscape from a functional perspective Work closely with Group colleagues to drive automation, standardisation and continuous improvement of Finance processes. Regional leadership & development Set clear expectations for quality, ownership and deadlines. Review and sign off on Regional FP&A outputs prior to Divisional Finance Director review.
