Mid-Level IT Support Specialist

Role Overview As a Mid-Level IT Support Specialist, you’ll provide secure and private cancer care technology methodologies for our clients and their patients. You’ll troubleshoot, provide customer service, and utilize enterprise IT tools. What You Will Do End-User Support Troubleshooting Account Management Hardware & Device Setup Security & Networking Knowledge Base Collaboration AV & Event Support Why It Might Be a Fit Experience in IT-related field Proficiency in supporting Mac OS-X and Microsoft Windows operating systems Enterprise Tools Systems Knowledge Soft Skills Requirements Minimum of 2 years in an IT-related field and/or relevant customer service troubleshooting role Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands‑on experience Proficiency in supporting both Mac OS-X and Microsoft Windows operating systems Experience installing and troubleshooting SaaS products and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox) Familiarity with SaaS ticketing systems, basic network troubleshooting, and enterprise identity management platforms Exceptional problem‑solving and customer service mindset, clear verbal and written communication skills Benefits incentive compensation restricted stock units medical and other benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Tempus Unlimited Inc
