Position Summary:
Positively represents the firm in initial in-person contact with clients, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves technical staff of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties.Primary Position Duties:
- Receives and relays incoming phone calls and messages; directs call of a general nature to the proper party; receives and directs clients and visitors.
- Distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail.
- Coordinates compilation of plans and specifications for projects; including creating and editing forms, making copies, keeping records of distribution, collecting payment, etc.
- Provides clerical support to engineering and surveying departments.
Position Requirements:
- Fluent English with reading, written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and other video conferencing software.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a project team and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills
Education or Skills:
- High School Diploma
- Current Driver's License
