DNA Partners is partnering with a respected regional law firm to identify an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal for its Midtown Manhattan office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record supporting complex litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee case management activities, including file organization, discovery coordination, calendaring, and trial preparation.
• Draft, prepare, and file court documents while serving as a liaison with attorneys, courts, experts, and third-party vendors.
• Support e-discovery initiatives, document review, legal research, and case database management.
• Coordinate logistics and provide support for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within an AmLaw 100 firm or sophisticated litigation practice.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures, including filing experience in New York and New Jersey.
• Advanced proficiency with Relativity, PACER, Westlaw, Lexis+, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, multitasking, and case management abilities.
