Senior Project Manager

Role Description

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for leading complex enterprise data and analytics initiatives? We're seeking a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys bringing structure, transparency, and operational excellence to large-scale programs.

In this role, you'll lead strategic initiatives within an enterprise Data & Analytics organization, partnering with business leaders, engineering teams, architects, vendors, and quality teams to deliver high-impact solutions that support enterprise data modernization.

• Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional data and analytics initiatives.
• Manage multiple project workstreams, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive project scope, change management, governance, and requirements traceability.
• Partner with engineering and Quality Engineering teams to integrate testing and quality practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while providing executive-level reporting and program health metrics.
• Coordinate cross-platform and cross-vendor implementations to ensure seamless integration.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and help translate business needs into successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience working within data, analytics, data engineering, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven success managing cross-functional, matrixed teams and external vendors.
• Strong expertise in:
• Project scope & change management
• Risk management
• SDLC and testing methodologies
• Executive communication & stakeholder management
• Cross-platform and cross-vendor coordination
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Enterprise data platforms or cloud-based data ecosystems
• Data migration or platform modernization initiatives
• Data quality programs
• Requirements traceability tools
