Cybersecurity Analyst - Product Security

Product Security Analyst Location: Aurora, CO (options: Seal Beach, CA or El Segundo, CA). The role focuses on supporting a proprietary program across multiple states. Primary Responsibilities Apply an interdisciplinary approach to plan, design, develop, validate, and verify lifecycle-balanced information system security solutions. Implement cybersecurity features on program systems and RMF processes for embedded computing systems. Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system security requirements, ensuring compatibility of all interfaces. Perform analyses to optimize system architecture, identify assets, assess risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, ensuring security design integrity, availability, confidentiality, nonrepudiation, and contract compliance. Evaluate remediation recommendations and develop cost-to-mitigate estimates. Employ system security processes, methods, and tools; resolve cross-functional technical issues. Implement appropriate Accreditation and Authorization activities per ICD 503 RMF, NISPOM, or DoD Overprint as required. Coordinate with system administrators, network and software engineers, test and validation engineers, and program management on security-related activities. Travel ~25% for client and internal meetings. Work independently with minimal direction. Security Clearance Requirement Active U.S. TS/SCI Security Clearance required pre‑start. U.S. citizenship required. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of related experience, or Master’s degree with at least 4 years of related experience, or 10+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree. DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. Experience with Information Systems Security. Active U.S. TS/SCI Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD. Completed Counter-Intelligence Polygraph. Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related technical discipline. Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay and variable compensation.
