Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients. This includes developing an understanding of their personal history and current challenges. \n
- Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals, ensuring treatment is client-centered and responsive to their evolving circumstances. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective interventions for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and practical self-care strategies that can enhance their recovery journey. \n
- Monitor client progress continuously and adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and feedback from clients. \n
- Work in an integrated manner with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide holistic care that addresses both psychological and physiological aspects of health. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to maintain a high standard of care and improve therapeutic strategies. \n
The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will primarily work with individuals and families who are facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and the aftermath of trauma. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, promoting a culture of empathy, understanding, and supportive relationships.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster secure and trusting therapeutic relationships. \n
- A nonjudgmental attitude, empathy, and compassion towards clients' experiences and struggles. \n

- Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health issues. \n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
