LPN or Graduate Nurse Resident

Mercy is seeking an LPN or Graduate Nurse Resident to deliver compassionate, hands-on care in a collaborative clinical setting. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under RN and physician supervision, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor and document patient status. You’ll support individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure strict adherence to safety and infection-control standards.
