Account Specialist
As an Account Specialist, you will join a digital public affairs team. This role involves engaging with digital trends and crafting messages for online audiences and community stakeholders. Working in a fast-paced environment, your responsibilities will include traffic management, digital listening, community management, social publishing, and digital content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital initiatives for energy infrastructure projects through digital listening, community management, social media publishing, and content production.
- Use project management tools to drive organization, cross-functional collaboration, and timely delivery of digital campaigns.
- Utilize social media monitoring tools to gather and analyze audience feedback to deliver data-driven insights.
- Track, categorize, and respond to social media comments, identifying trends and addressing misinformation.
- Write email and website copy from existing and approved content.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, and enrollment.
- Process claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests.
- Maintain accurate account records and follow established policies.
- Participate in training and development programs for customer service.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and social media monitoring tools is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate's degree is preferred.
- A resourceful and enthusiastic attitude toward social media, with a commitment to influencing online conversations and countering misinformation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
- Demonstrated communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $15.00 and $18.35 per hour.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, onsite position requiring 40 hours per week. Shifts may include evenings and weekends. All assignments are eligible for worker furlough, which typically coincides with select national holidays.
