Job Details: Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, at least 1 year of experience in ICU nursing, ACLS certification, BLS certification, and ability to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical ICU, TNCC certification. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: The ICU unit has 14 beds with patient ratios of 1:2 and occasionally utilizes equipment like intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP). Candidates should enjoy teamwork and accountability to best practices. The unit cares for adult patients, including those with sepsis, respiratory issues, cardiac, and trauma conditions.
