Responsibilities Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents. Enter invoices and verify information for accuracy. Research and resolve invoice and data discrepancies. Process inventory returns and update inventory records. Maintain electronic records and assist with general accounting and administrative tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous accounting, accounts payable, data entry, or administrative experience preferred. Microsoft Excel proficiency and basic accounting knowledge preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to learn new systems and work independently or as part of a team.
