Position: Electrical Assembler


Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Long-Term Opportunity)
Location: Tulsa / Broken Arrow / Sapulpa


Pay & Benefits:


- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- 15% Shift Differential for 2nd Shift

2nd Shift - Open (Additional 15% Shift Differential)


What You'll Be Doing:


As an Electrical Assembler, you'll work in a modern manufacturing facility assembling electrical systems and components used in industrial equipment.


Your responsibilities include:


- Assemble electrical panels and control boxes
- Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing
- Install switches, relays, breakers, connectors, and electrical components
- Read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely
- Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies
- Maintain production standards while ensuring safety and accuracy
- Work collaboratively with the production team


Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include:


- Electrical Assembly, Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse, or Industrial experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring or electrical components
- Experience using hand tools or power tools
- Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams (preferred but not mandatory)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $19.55/hr.
