Job Title: RN - IR Neurovascular Moderate Sedation Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant field License: RN License (Client) Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) Must-Have: - Moderate Sedation Experience - IR Experience - Telemetry experience - Ability to independently administer and monitor conscious sedation Description: Join a dedicated team that provides moderate sedation in a fast-paced procedural area. Care for patients undergoing preventative and interventional stroke care. Responsibilities include intraoperative moderate sedation and circulating when not providing moderate sedation. The RN will administer moderate sedation while closely monitoring the patient's cardiac and physical status. Collaboration with the physician is essential to ensure safety, comfort, and privacy. BLS, ACLS, telemetry skills, and the ability to administer and monitor conscious sedation independently are required. Operating room experience in a level 1 trauma hospital is highly desired.
