What You'll Do:

• Lead and support daily assembly operations on the shop floor to ensure production targets are met
• Provide direction, coaching, and hands-on support to assembly team members
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and help maintain smooth production flow
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards
• Assist with training new team members and reinforcing standard operating procedures
• Communicate production needs, updates, and issues with supervisors and cross-functional teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
• Maintain accountability for team performance, organization, and adherence to company policies

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED 
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of assembly experience required.
• Minimum of 1-3+ years of lead or supervisory experience required

What Sets You Apart:

• Associate degree
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and build team morale.
• Familiarity with Encompix and ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
