Dentist - part-time

Together with EXOS, Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of dental services to the Indiana Department of Correction.We are currently seeking a part-time Dentist (8 hours per week) to join our team at LaPorte Juvenile Correctional Facility located in LaPorte, Indiana.The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and endodontic treatments.DDS or DMDActive, unrestricted IN licenseActive, unrestricted DEAMust pass background screening and credentialingAvailable Shift1 day/weekDay ShiftNo nights, holidays or weekendsCenturion Health contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings.
