Working alongside expert financial professionals, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with a broad range of investment products and services, and gain valuable exposure to personal investing and financial planning. Through Fidelity's FIDTERN Program, interns will gain hands-on experience supporting business-critical initiatives while receiving ongoing coaching and mentorship from managers and branch professionals. In addition to daily tasks, interns will join professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities. These are built to support their career growth and deepen their understanding of Fidelity's business and culture. The Expertise And Skills You Bring Undergraduate students in your junior year of college Interest in investing and wealth management Experience in customer service, retail, sales or banking Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations Professional demeanor & collaborative problem-solving skills Basic understanding of the current market, economy and economic trends Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing outstanding customer experience The Team The Branch Intern will join a collaborative, customer-focused team dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their long-term financial goals.
