From crafting rich espressos to refreshing iced drinks, you’ll be the warm, welcoming presence that guests look forward to. Whether it’s a busy morning rush or a pick-me-up after a long travel day, you’ll transform each interaction into a memorable experience, leaving guests feeling cared for and appreciated.

Hourly pay: $17 - $18

Your Role:

As a Barista, you are not just serving beverages—you’re creating experiences. Each cup of coffee, latte, or iced drink you prepare helps shape the guest’s story, offering comfort, joy, and connection. Some of your duties include:

• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, lattes, and iced drinks (as well as the potential for beer and wine).
• Prepare and serve limited food items from our Brisa Cafe menu.
• Ensure the café area and equipment are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Take orders, operate the POS system, and process payments accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and anticipate their needs.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a seamless and efficient service flow.
• Complete opening and closing duties, ensuring the café is ready for the next shift.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety procedures.
• Check and restock inventory daily and document any maintenance needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience as a Barista or Server preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications.
• Flexible availability.
