Client Payments & Cash Clearing Specialist

LevelUP HCS is seeking a Client Service Unit Representative to support GTPS Cash Clearing and Payments for corporates in New York. You will handle check processing, ACH workflows, and end-to-end payment investigations with PEGA SI, delivering accurate, timely client updates. You will work with operations, compliance, and technology teams to resolve issues, maintain documentation, and ensure remediation of any gaps.
