Volunteer Services Manager

Expected pay for this position is $29.02 - $38.45/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Volunteer Services Manager is responsible for the recruitment, retention, training, and utilization of the departments Mission Partners. Provides direction, training, coordination, and consultation for volunteer functions. Provide leadership and role modeling for safe, effective, and efficient operations within the department. Act as a liaison between volunteers, staff, and OSF leadership. Work with administration and other departments to achieve goals and objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelors

Other skills/knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• 1 year of experience working with volunteers
• 1 year of leadership experience
• 1 year of experience working in a health care setting
