In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in producing high-quality parts that meet strict specifications, ensuring our products uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability. Required Skills:

JSTD Certification or experience preferred

• 3 to 5 years of experience operating benchtop punch presses, welding machines, wedging machines, or similar fabrication equipment
• Strong ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency in using inspection tools such as gram gauges, magnifying lamps, and other quality inspection devices
• Capable of making precise adjustments and setups to ensure optimal production quality

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working within the aerospace industry
• Additional certifications related to manufacturing or equipment operation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in aerospace or high-precision industries
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to undertake and maintain necessary documentation related to production lots
• Willingness to participate actively in quality improvement initiatives
