Surgical Rn Opportunity At Valley View Hospital

Valley View Hospital is a Level III trauma center with four state-of-the-art surgical suites and a fifth surgical suite being built. We offer robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci), general, eyes, ortho, brain/spine, OB-GYN, ENT, neuro, plastics, urology, peds, ortho/spine trauma.

Schedule:

• These positions are working four 10-hour day shifts per week, 7:00am - 5:30pm, with rotating evening/weekend call.
• Call - per 8 week scheduling period generally each person is assigned 1 call weekend (Friday 1900-Monday 0700) and 4-5 weeknight call shifts (1900-0700). Not set in stone, but that is generally how it is assigned.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved registered/professional nursing program
• State licensure as a registered nurse (RN).
• Two years intraoperative RN experience with routine surgical skills in circulating is required; scrub experience is a plus.
• BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date is required.
• ACLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date or must obtain within 6 months of hire.

Salary range:

• ‎$43.22/hour - $64.83/hour (BSN)
• $41.56/hour - $62.34/hour (ADN)
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
• Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
• Evening, night and weekend differentials available.
• Annual bonuses based upon organizational and individual performance.
