Senior Clinical Research Associate

Senior Clinical Research Associate supporting oncology clinical trials in a sponsor-dedicated model across the South Central region. Responsible for site management, remote and on-site monitoring, data integrity oversight, and regulatory compliance for solid tumor trials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits including site qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out activities
• Serve as primary contact between sponsor clinical trial team and trial sites, facilitating communications
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans based on root cause analysis
• Manage site essential documents, TMF reconciliation, and IRB/Ethics Committee submissions
• Train site staff on protocol, SOPs, GCPs, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific field
• 5+ years independent clinical trial monitoring with on-site and remote visits
• Minimum 2 years solid tumor clinical trial monitoring experience
• 1+ years early development or Phase III oncology trial experience
• Expertise in GxPs, oncology monitoring techniques, and risk-based monitoring
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain site relationships and secure compliance
• Veeva systems experience highly preferred

Compensation: $110,520–$138,150 base
