Job Title Production Operator 3 Job Description 586029 Production Operator 3 As Production Operator 3, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality medical devices by operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products are built safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting Philips' commitment to improving lives through meaningful innovation. Your role: Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment in accordance with established manufacturing procedures and work instructions to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Perform thorough quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet specifications and promptly identifying, documenting, and addressing any quality concerns. Monitor production processes, report equipment issues or production disruptions to the Manufacturing Group Leader, and support continuous workflow by helping minimize downtime. Utilize basic computer systems to access digital work instructions, document production activities, record inspection and test results, and maintain accurate manufacturing records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while actively supporting Philips' quality, safety, environmental, and continuous improvement initiatives. You're the right fit if: You've acquired no prior manufacturing experience is required. Experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or regulated environment is a plus, but we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the role. This is an individual contributor position. Your skills include strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written work instructions, basic computer proficiency for navigating digital work instructions and recording production data, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Bonus: experience working in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing environment. You have a High School Diploma, vocational training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite role. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Colorado is $18.00 to $29.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
