Optometry Opportunity in Lakeland, FL

Practice Overview Watson Clinic is a large multi-specialty group seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a well-established practice in Lakeland, FL working under the medical supervision of one of our Board-Certified Ophthalmologists. Large physician-owned group comprised of over 220 physicians across 20 locations, over 40 specialties with a robust internal referral network, flexible schedule, in-house optical shop, EMR and administrative support for coding, billing & collections. Outpatient-focused position. No traditional after-hours call (coverage limited to office hours). Responsibilities Comfortable managing comprehensive medical eye exams and ongoing ocular disease management. On-site testing devices including HVFs, OCTs, Corneal Topographer, and Fundus Camera. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (O.D.). Board Certification through the American Board of Optometry (ABO). CPR/BLS certification is required. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care. Active, unrestricted FL license (or ability to obtain FL license) is required.
