As a Financial Analyst on our team, you’ll oversee the creation of a financial management strategy to help cryptographic and cybersecurity programs succeed. You’ll lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across multidisciplinary projects to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.As a financial analysis authority, you’ll leverage your expertise in laws, regulations, and policies to help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through your team’s consistent tracking and communication with government leads. You Have: Experience in financial analysis, project finance, or program control, including with technology or government programsExperience developing and maintaining complex financial models to support project cost estimation, resource allocation, and performance tracking Experience partnering with technical teams to translate program objectives into actionable financial plans and metricsKnowledge of PPBE processes and toolsAbility to identify financial risks and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize project outcomesAbility to assist with budgeting and support forecasting and financial analysis for cryptographic or cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirementsAbility to prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and program stakeholders, enabling informed decision-makingTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience with financial analysis, or Master's degree and 12+ years of experience with financial analysisNice If You Have: Experience supporting cryptographic lifecycle management, PQC technologies, or cybersecurity programsExperience with financial modeling, data analytics, and enterprise financial systems such as SNaP or DITIPKnowledge of the information technology/cyberspace activities (IT/CA) budgetMaster's degree in a related fieldCDFM CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
