Medical Assistant

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to provide excellent patient care and support our daily office operations. Responsibilities * Patient Care: Greet patients, take vital signs, collect specimens, and assist with medical procedures. * Medication: Administer medications, including injections and inhalation treatments. * Chart Prep & Admin: Prepare patient charts for physicians, manage electronic health records (EHR), schedule appointments, and handle referrals. * Patient Support: Answer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and educate patients on treatments. * Clinic Safety: Maintain a clean work environment and follow infection control protocols. Qualifications * Active Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited program. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic clinical procedures. * Experience with EHR systems and medication administration. * Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first attitude. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a team. * Preferred: Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic.
