This role provides a mix of day and weekend shifts, allowing for work-life balance and the chance to contribute to diverse surgical cases.Quick Facts:Location: Duluth, MNStart Date: 07/17/2026Duration: OngoingShift: Day shifts (8, 10, 12 hours), Weekend shifts (12 or 16 hours)Hours/week: 40-48+ hours/week (schedule varies)Employment Type: ContractLicense/Certs: MN RN Anesthetist License, BLS/ACLS, Certified by NBCRNAExperience: Preference for experienced CRNAs with relevant anesthesia practicePay & Benefits:Pay package: $245 - $310/hour (orientation rate up to 60%)Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct depositComprehensive medical insurance (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with lawsLicensure, certification, and travel reimbursements where applicable24/7 dedicated support teamWhat You'll Do:Provide medically directed anesthesia care across diverse surgical settingsManage 1-2 longer cases or multiple shorter cases dailyPerform anesthesia in operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT as neededEnsure safe, effective patient management and monitoringSupport patient care across all age groups in a Level 1 trauma centerCollaborate with anesthesiologists and medical staff to deliver high-quality careAssist with pre-operative assessments and post-operative managementMaintain detailed, accurate medical documentationWhat You Need:Valid MN RN Anesthetist license, or eligibility to obtainCertified by the NBCRNA (or eligible)Current BLS/ACLS certification1+ years of anesthesia experience preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamAbout the Assignment:This position is situated at a busy Level 1 trauma center with a recently opened facility, offering a dynamic environment with diverse patient cases. The CRNA will work alongside anesthesiologists in a collegial, medically directed team, serving all age groups across multiple hospital locations in Duluth, MN.
