Exciting Travel Opportunity: RN - Cath Lab Job Description:
- Join a prestigious facility recognized as an Atrial Fibrillation Certified hospital and an Accredited Chest Pain Center.
- Be part of a cutting-edge Cath Lab with:
- 4 state-of-the-art rooms and a dedicated holding area.
- A close-knit team with a patient ratio of 1:1.
- Support from unit secretaries and techs, including 2 CV analysts, 10 RNs, and 6 RT scrubs.
- Engage with advanced equipment such as GE imaging and utilize Meditech EMR for documentation.
- Flexible scheduling options with:
- 4-10 hour shifts.
- 6-8 call shifts per month, including one weekend shift per month.
- Enjoy a focused environment with no floating policy required.
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences, guided by facility standards. Hiring Profile:
- Must-Have Skills:
- Previous Cath Lab experience, specifically in a circulating role.
- Advanced Skills Preferred:
- Sedation experience.
- Atherectomy and IVUS.
- Thrombectomy experience an advantage.
- RCIS certification is a plus.
- Scrubbing and monitoring are welcome but not mandatory. - Procedures Performed:
- Left Heart Catheterizations (LHC).
- Right Heart Catheterizations (RHC).
- Coronary Interventions.
- Permanent Pacemaker (PPM) insertions.
- Electrophysiology (EP) studies with ablation.
- Watchman procedures.
- Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).
- Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) closures. - Certifications Required:
- Active RN licensure.
