• The Training: We teach you our exact step-by-step communication system from day one. You will learn how to handle conversations, answer questions, and close deals.
• The Money: We provide a $600 weekly base draw to keep your income stable while you complete training and build your pipeline [Search Activities]. On top of that, you earn commission on every sale you make. Top earners with commissions will pull in anywhere between $60,000-$100,000 annually.

Advancement

We do not promote people based on age or how long they have been with the company. Advancement is based entirely on your personal numbers. Our average timeline for a hard worker to move into a team leader role is 60 to 90 days .
