You will articulate what success looks like for a product and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality. You will set the goals, define success, help motivate teams, and are responsible for the outcome of the product.Fintech team is dedicated to building a better end to end payments capability that will support the current flex card program, filter spend, simplify merchant integrations as the point of sale but also for web and mobile marketplaces. The capabilities of the payment capabilities should then be able to extend various other medical claims processes now and in the future. You will work with developers on open source project and technologies that will allow us to be build platforms at scale as well as benefit from the latest innovations in speed, simplicity and security.Responsibilities:Bring your expertise to help us deliver a best-in-class consumer lending platform for our customers.Embed yourself with one of our products teams to become a subject matter expert in our customers and value proposition.Own and execute on a range of initiatives that will help us continue our rapid growth in 2023 and beyond.Connect with our customers or stakeholders to identify their problems and build a great solution to solve them.Partner with engineering, design, and QA to deliver solutions that enable the business to hit our goals.Creating KPIs to show the status of the product.Work cross functionally to ensure our product plan prioritizes initiatives that have the greatest impact.Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights coupled with a deep understanding of customers behavior to drive incremental benefits to the business.
