Join our team at Johnstone Supply as a full-time HVAC Inside Sales Specialist in Easton, PA! In this full-time role, you will help drive our sales and provide great service to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

As an HVAC Inside Sales Specialist, your day will involve answering customer inquiries through phone, email, and our website. You will provide information about our light commercial HVAC products, assist with pricing, and offer technical support. You'll prepare and follow up on quotes and bids, and work closely with our outside sales team, vendors, and internal departments to ensure our customers are satisfied. You will keep track of project timelines and order statuses while maintaining accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems. You'll also participate in marketing campaigns and stay updated on new products and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical support, or inside sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications is advantageous
• Commitment to honesty and ethical behavior, with the ability to foster a positive team environment

Experience in the light commercial HVAC industry is a plus. A technical or trade school background is also preferred.
