Position Overview

We are in search of an experienced and empathetic Ultrasound Technologist to become an integral part of our dedicated imaging team. You will leverage cutting-edge ultrasound technology to perform vital diagnostic imaging, collaborate with a diverse group of talented healthcare professionals, and provide reassurance and timely care to patients navigating their health journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse array of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures while explaining each phase with sensitivity and transparency
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-caliber diagnostic images
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment efficiently, addressing any malfunctions immediately
• Keep accurate documentation and manage patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay informed about advancements in ultrasound technology and practices

Education and Experience Requirements

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
