What You’ll Do- Set up, operate, and monitor precision machines used to manufacture gauges and valves
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and consistent product quality
- Use precision measuring tools, including tape measures and gap/feeler gauges, to verify specifications
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain accurate production and machine performance records
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to machine operation
- Strong measuring and math skills, including reading tape measures and using precision gauges
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Previous machine operating experience is preferred, but not required
