Role: Product Owner / Business Analyst


Location: Onsite AT New York NY, Chicago Haffman Estate/ Charlotte

• Exposure to Equipment & Asset Finance in Leasing & Hire Purchase businesses at banks / Finance providers
• Ideally suited if with Motor Finance / Equipment finance background
• Fleet / Inventory finance exposure with large Finance providers like GM Financial, Reliance Trust, TD Auto Finance
• Desirable exposure in Heavy equipment / Chattel / Luxury equipment financing
• Exposure to the entire HP/Leasing lifecycle including Deal origination, Agreements, Hypothecation, Credit appraisal, and other Lifecycle events
• Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, etc.
• Consult with the business and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value
• Primary responsibility to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders.
• Engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements of their unit, demonstrating Agile behavior that emphasizes collaboration, delivery, reflection and improvement and deliver internal training for new features to team members and end-users by identifying needs, preparing materials and delivery as needed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
• Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
• Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance

• Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Finance or equivalent (advanced degrees preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Ability to multi-task and drive solutions that meet time-sensitive delivery commitments
• Working knowledge of the Commercial Lending
