Key Responsibilities Handle a caseload of complex litigation matters, including premises liability, product liability, negligent security, and personal injury defense Develop and execute business growth strategies in collaboration with the firm’s leadership and Business Development teams Serve as a mentor and resource to junior attorneys and staff, contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence Maintain and grow client relationships while delivering superior legal service and outcomes Qualifications & Experience 6+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance-related cases or general liability (with a preference for Trucking, Products Liability, and Premises Liability).
