We need strong individuals like you to help us set new standards and make a meaningful impact. Starting Pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Bonus Structure: You'll work in a crew of two. Once you operate as a Lead Installer or Team Lead, you are eligible for bonuses. Our uncapped bonus structure rewards efficiency. The more efficient your team, the higher your potential earnings. High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members can earn up to $30-45 hourly . There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
