Role Description As an Account Representative for Hunter Bolden State Farm, you'll be a key part of our day-to-day success by connecting customer needs with our agency resources. Your job is simple: earn trust, build relationships, and proactively match customers with the right products and services.

What You'll Do

• Develop leads and book appointments
• Identify customer needs and confidently present relevant insurance/financial solutions
• Follow up consistently to turn conversations into long-term relationships
• Provide fast, accurate, friendly customer service (policy changes, transfers, eligibility questions, coverages, billing clarification, claim submissions, etc.)
• Strengthen customer retention by keeping communication strong and relevant
• Support the agency by serving as the liaison between customers and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, etc.)
• Experience building/maintaining customer relationships
• Strong interest in marketing based on what customers actually need
• Excellent communication skills (verbal + written) and real listening ability

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
